The Mahindra S6 Single Cab gets the same design elements which were first seen on the S11 Double Cab. There's a new grille, reworked bumper as well as a redesigned styling bar which adds rigidity as well as tie-down functionality.

In terms of features, Mahindra has added remote opening for the fuel tank, electric rearview mirror adjustment, 1-touch lane change indicators and cruise control. There are new seats with armrests as well as driver seat height adjustment. The standard equipment list is already comprehensive with rain-sensitive wipers, automatic self-levelling headlamps and a fuel-saving start-stop system.

Under the bonnet is the 2.2-litre mHawk turbodiesel. It has 103 kW and 320 Nm and boasts a real-world consumption figure of 7.7 L/100 km. With this powertrain, the S6 single cab can tow a braked trailer weighing up to 2 500 kilogrammes, while also being able to take a payload of up to 1 195 kg on the 4×2 model (1 095 kg on the 4×4).
